Upgrade RDCMarkVision

You can always download the latest RDCMarkVision software from our official website.

Uninstall the driver first. Go to the RDCMarkVision installation directory, C:Program Files (x86)RDCMarkVision.[version]-USB. If that is not the case, right-click the RDCMarkVision icon on Windows Desktop, click Open file location.

Double click the file FileSelect.exe to launch the installer. Check Uninstall, click Perform to start uninstalling.

And uninstall RDCMarkVision. On Windows 10, go to Settings, click Apps, uninstall the software.

On Windows 7, or if you are more familiar with the old Windows Control Panel, go to Control Panel, click Programs and Features, uninstall the software.

  1. Click Uninstall to start uninstalling.

  2. Click Finish to complete.

Then install the new version, refer to Install RDCMarkVision for more details.
